"Restock came through !"
I had been waiting on a couple of tops that sold out , and they came back sooner than I expected . I got the restock email , checked out right away , and luckily grabbed them before they disappeared again . It’s not totally perfect since sizes still go really fast , but I’m just glad I didn’t have to keep refreshing the site every day . My order went through with no issues too .

I’ve ordered from brandymelville.com a few times now, and I’m impressed with how well the clothes hold up. My sister has even borrowed a couple of my basic tops, so they’ve definitely been worn and washed a lot, but they still keep their shape and haven’t gotten stretched out or full of holes. The fabric is soft without feeling super cheap or flimsy. Some items are on the thinner side, but they still don’t fall apart after a few washes. Overall, I’ve been really happy with the quality

"Easy return and quick refund"
I had to send back a top because it just didn’t fit right, and the whole return process was really simple. Getting the label was easy, and my refund came through faster than I expected. No hassle or drama at all, so I’d definitely order again.

"Sizes Disappear Way Too Fast"
The sizes sell out so quickly it’s kind of frustrating. Like, if you don’t grab what you want right away, good luck. That said, most of the stuff is usually still available, so it’s not a total disaster.

"Cute Tops, But I Kept My Guard Up"
I stopped by the store last weekend and actually found a couple of really cute tops. The staff seemed nice enough and weren’t hovering too much, which I appreciated, though I’m always a little wary with customer service because sometimes the friendliness feels more like they’re trying to push a sale. The store was crowded, and the sizing was definitely picked over, so that was a bit annoying. Still, I ended up liking what I bought, so overall it was a decent trip

"Order was exactly right"
I ordered a few tops and a skirt from brandymelville, and everything showed up just like it was supposed to. The colors and sizes were right, nothing was missing, and the packing slip matched my order too. I was a little nervous because I’ve had stores send the wrong stuff before, but this was super easy. Happy with how smoothly it went and I’d definitely order again.

"Easy checkout, filters could be better"
The site is easy to look around and checking out was super simple. I just wish the search and size filters worked a little better, it can take a while to find exactly what I’m looking for somtimes.

"Okay quality, but pricey pricey"
The quality is fine, like it’s okay okay, but the prices feel way too high for what you get. I don’t mind paying more if it really feels worth it, but here it just felt a bit much, a bit much.

"Super comfy and soft"
This stuff is really soft, like I noticed it right away. I wore it all day and it still felt nice, which is kind of the main thing for me. Not scratchy or annoying, just comfortable. i kept forgetting about it, and then I'd randomly think, oh yeah, this feels really good.

"Refund Took Way Too Long"
I ordered a top and ended up returning it, and the return part was totally fine. No big drama there. But the refund? That took over a week to show up, which is just kind of annoying. I get that refunds don’t happen instantly, but come on, it shouldn’t feel like I’m checking my account every day wondering where my money went. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely wish it had been quicker...

"I really thought this top was gonna be…"
I really thought this top was gonna be thicker and a bit nicer based on the pics, but when it showed up it was kinda thin and the fit was just weird on me. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah... not super happy with it...

I was a little unsure about the whole one-size thing, but it actually worked out better than I thought. I ordered a couple of tops and they’re stretchy and comfortable, not super tight or anything. Shipping was about what I expected, nothing crazy fast, and the items looked like the photos. I’m sure one size won’t be perfect for everyone, but it was fine for me, and I’d probably order again

"Colors Were Actually Accurate"
I ordered a few tops from brandymelville.com because my sister and I were talking about how clothes online never look the same in person. I was relieved when they arrived because the navy and light pink were pretty much exactly like the photos on the site, not overly bright or weirdly different. Shipping was normal, and everything looked cute. I’d order again since I feel like I can actually trust the colors now.
